Last updated: June 15, 2026 — Draft for attorney review. Not a final, legally-vetted document.
By creating an account or using Loggr.fit ("Loggr," "the Service," "we," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Loggr. Your continued use of the Service after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it current. Sharing your account with others is not permitted. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately via Settings and contact us. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
You agree not to use Loggr to:
— Upload or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of any third party.
— Attempt to access, probe, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Service or its underlying systems.
— Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without express written permission.
— Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.
— Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
You retain ownership of all health data, photos, and other content you submit to Loggr. By uploading content, you grant Loggr a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for purposes other than operating the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Loggr does not independently verify health data.
Progress photos you upload are stored privately in an encrypted cloud bucket and are only accessible to you and, in limited circumstances described in our Privacy Policy, to Loggr administrators for abuse prevention. You can delete individual photos or all photos at any time from the Photos page or via Settings.
Do not upload content that is illegal or that depicts minors in an inappropriate manner. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
If you enable a public share card, you are choosing to make selected data fields publicly accessible via a unique URL. You control which fields are visible. You can disable the share card at any time from Settings, which immediately removes public access. You assume responsibility for the information you choose to make public.
Loggr integrates with third-party services including Withings and Open Food Facts. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Loggr is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
Loggr is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes or discontinuation.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Export tools are available in the Data section of Settings.
Loggr is a personal data tracking tool, not a medical service. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Medical Disclaimer for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loggr is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, complete, reliable, or free from errors or viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loggr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which may be zero for a free service).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loggr and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Loggr operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. [Jurisdiction to be confirmed by legal counsel.]
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of Loggr after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
